Now that it’s summer, we have been having fun under the sun and finding ways to beat the heat. We have been riding bikes, swinging at the park, visits to the local splash pad and treating ourselves with Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bars.
We discovered Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bars last summer (you can read about that here). Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bars have quickly become a summertime household staple! Now that it’s ‘fruit bar season’ (as Adam calls it), we get to enjoy one of our favorite special moments – sitting on the front step and talking about our day while enjoying a Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bar.
In case you are not familiar with Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bars, it is a delicious line of frozen fruit bars bursting with real fruit taste. Fruttare Fruit and Milk Bars are made with creamy milk and real fruit. Fruttare Fruit and Juice Bars are made with real fruit and refreshing juice.
Last summer, we tried each of the Fruttare Frozen Fruit Bar flavors and discovered several favorites. Adam and I love the Coconut and Milk. It is creamy with bits of coconut throughout – so good! Mike’s favorite is Mango. It is fresh, smooth and creamy, and probably my second favorite. The Peach and Milk is outstanding, as is the Strawberry. It is truly hard to pick just one favorite, they are all delicious!
We were excited to learn about the new flavors this year: Black Cherry, Strawberry and Milk + Mixed Berry and Milk, and Pineapple. The Black Cherry is vibrant and juicy – super tasty! The Mixed Berry and Milk reminds me of a really good mixed berry yogurt. The Strawberry and Milk is the same as last year (yummy!) and comes packaged with the Mixed Berry and Milk (2 of each per box). I was excited to try the Pineapple flavor, but have not found them at any stores near us. If you get a chance to try Pineapple, let me know how they are!
