Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon French Toast

Yields: 12 servings
- 1 package McCormick Good Morning Slow Cooker Breakfast Apple Cinnamon French Toast seasoning mix
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 loaf Italian bread (I used ~ 1 pound loaf), cut into 1-inch cubes
- nonstick cooking spray
- In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix, eggs, milk and sugar, until well blended. Add bread and toss to coat.
- Pour mixture into a 6-quart slow cooker, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (make sure to spray the sides).
- Cook for 1½ hours to 2 hours on HIGH or until top of French toast no longer looks wet. Serve warm with maple syrup, if desired.
