Broccoli Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1⅔ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 cup Idahoan® Signature™ Russets Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped steamed broccoli
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, cook Idahoan® Signature™ Russets Mashed Potatoes according to package directions using water, butter, milk and potatoes.
  2. Add broccoli and cheese, stirring to combine and serve!
