Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 package (9 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed dry
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for one hour (or until chilled) to overnight.
Serving size: 2 tablespoons
