Cabbage and Pineapple Slaw Burgers
Yields: 8 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 package (16 ounces) cabbage slaw blend
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 8 hamburger buns, sliced
Instructions
  1. Heat grill over medium heat.
  2. Combine meat, garlic powder and ¼ cup dressing until just blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until done (160°F). Be careful not to overcook!
  3. Meanwhile, combine cabbage slaw, pineapple, red onion and Sriracha sauce.
  4. Fill bun with burgers and slaw.
