Combine meat, garlic powder and ¼ cup dressing until just blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until done (160°F). Be careful not to overcook!
Meanwhile, combine cabbage slaw, pineapple, red onion and Sriracha sauce.
Fill bun with burgers and slaw.
