Oreo Cookies and Cream Fudge

Yields: 40 servings
- 3 cups (16 ounces) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 24-30 chocolate sandwich cookies, cut in quarters (I used Oreos)
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with waxed paper and set aside.
- Put white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a heavy sauce pan over low heat and cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in cookies. Pour into prepared pan and then refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours to overnight). Cut into squares.
