I started Alida’s Kitchen as a way to catalog my easy recipes and photographs, and also to inspire others to try new recipes. I strive to make food using simple ingredients, that is approachable, delicious…and most of the time with a healthy twist. The occasional indulgence is fun too!
When not in the kitchen, I am singing to my newborn Greta while chasing around my preschooler Adam, catching up on DVR with my husband Mike or finding a time to exercise. I love running, spinning, weight training, pilates and think everything should be done on a Bosu.
