Every morning, my Fitbit alarm goes off. It’s 4:45am. Time for a run! I sneak in a 4 mile run before the morning madness of kids and getting ready for school. The house is quiet when I leave. It is dark outside – the moon is out, the stars are shining, and lately the temperatures have been cool, and I have been able to see Venus. It feels peaceful, if only for a moment because I know…it’s the calm before the storm!

When I get home from my run, I am greeted by noses pressed against the window with cute smiling little faces…and so begins the mad rush to get everybody ready and out the door on time.

Somehow I manage a shower, to get everybody dressed, make breakfasts, pack backpacks, with enough time to check morning traffic while I sneak in a little breakfast of my own. Time is of the essence, so I need something quick and tasty to fuel the rest of my morning.

I used to be an oatmeal in the morning girl, but found I needed more protein to get me through the morning. My breakfast of choice these days is Chobani Greek Yogurt. Chobani, America’s #1 Greek Yogurt brand, is kicking off a new season and saying #HelloSummer with 15 new product varieties.

Plus I found  a way to get my protein while still enjoying a hearty gluten-free grain breakfast that fuels my day with real fruit ~ Chobani Oats!

With 10 grams of protein 10 grams of whole grains and a good source of fiber in each serving, Chobani Oats is a convenient way to fuel your morning. My favorite flavors are their newest additions – Chobani Oats Raisin Brown Sugar or Peach.

How do you fuel your mornings?
